The project aims to help individuals with Aspergers Syndrome (AS) gain meaningful employment and engaging work experience whilst developing skills and giving them an understanding of what would be expected of them as employees.A structured working programme will take place where young people attend for between 12-26 weeks (Mon to Fri) and are given the opportunity to work in a supported environment.
