THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BEACON ACTION AREA IN FALMOUTH AND TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.
