This initiative proposes a responsive service to identify and support patients through the musculoskeletal pain pathway who are in work but currently unable to attend, especially those are at risk of losing employment. It will support people to return to work in an appropriate and sustainable manner. Possability People will offer a twin track support to evaluate whats needed to enable the individual to return to work and help them make appropriate choices and plans to avoid them leaving work completely. This project will also support participants to negotiate appropriate phased returns and enable the upskilling of employers regarding reasonable adjustments and Access to Work funding, brokering flexible, supportive and effective return packages.

This initiative proposes a responsive service to identify and support patients through the musculoskeletal pain pathway who are in work but currently unable to attend, especially those are at risk of losing employment.
