THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST MARY'S NORTHCHURCH

St Mary's is committed to enabling as many people as possible to worship at our church and to become part of our parish community. All are welcome to attend our regular services and our community is able to celebrate and thank God at the milestones of the journey through life. The activities and extent of all those activities are described in our Annual report.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • A significant proportion of recent income was derived from major grant makers including the Government
  • The Board appears to be well diversified in terms of gender

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • Although this charity works with volunteers it does not have a Volunteer Management policy
  • This charity does not have a Conflict of Interests policy
  • There are 17 trustees whereas the Charities Commission recommends a maximum of 12

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Income has been volatile and on several occasions in recent years less than spending
