Art Against Knives (AAK) provides early intervention to prevent young people from becoming victims or perpetrators of violent crime. The charity's new 3-year strategy centres plans to reinforce core infrastructure. This will drive organisational development and empower young people to affect change in systems that make them vulnerable, and lead on building their own positive futures. This grant provides funding for key personnel to provide vital operational support in people management, grant management and impact monitoring. It also enables the CEO to focus on strategic partnerships to grow the Young Leaders model.
