The overarching outcomes are as follows:Ensuring that the contribution of people with lived experience is integral to all development and delivery activity across the DirectorateThe Directorates national, regional and local sites have direct access to people with lived experience who are confident and competent to inform and guide their progress in implementing the key objectives across personalised care, community health services and primary careAmplifying the voice of lived experience and embedding strategic coproduction and supported self-management in services across the DirectoratePeople with lived experience will contribute at events and workshops attended by key decisions makers in health and care. This will ensure those decision makers are clear about the benefits of strategic coproduction and cognisant of the factors critical to successful implementation across numerous clinical pathwaysThere is easy access to real life stories from peoples experience of services across the Directorate and how they work, in different formats and through different channels, and from a range of people in different situations.
