The project will offer opportunities for over 50s living in Hammersmith & Fulham to become more active with a selection of 5 weekly group activities. The people who attend will also be able to access a wider programme of over 200+ social, physical, creative, and learning opportunities._x000D_
Working with partners across the Earls Court Hammersmith area, Open Age will run weekly activities including Pilates, Chair Exercise, Dance Exercise. The sessions will run for 38 weeks from September 2024 to July 2025.
