The funding will be used to extend a holistic wraparound service to a cohort of around 500 sight impaired people in Croydon who have had limited engagement with statutory and voluntary support services to date. The aim of the project will be to positively impact the quality of their lives provide a greater range of opportunities for connection and inclusion into society. This project will deliver a combination of advice and information wellbeing and fitness activities peer led activities social activities work preparation (which will include both training for beneficiaries as well as assistance technology advice to employers) and IT and digital training. Activities will be delivered through a blended model combining remote and in-person provision.
