This new project will complement and extend the current and oversubscribed Strong Young Minds Plus programme (PID 20155408) by extending CLD’s reach into the market towns and main villages. Through the development of a fully trained outreach team comprising a youth worker personal adviser and counsellor support will be available to young people their parents/carers and their families.
