The sessions will 1.5 hours long and this project will last for 45 weeks and start in January 2024. The sessions will also offer, for those participants that want to, the opportunity to learn and obtain a sport leaders qualification which will provide participants with the necessary skills to enable them to assist with the delivery of these sessions long term and participate in potential volunteers opportunities.
