THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR PEOPLE IN BOLTON BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SANITARY PRODUCTS WHERE THEY ARE NEEDED. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE SUBJECT OF MENSTRUATION AND SANITARY PROTECTION AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS OF PERIOD POVERTY AND TO MAKE RESULTS OF THIS RESEARCH AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. PERIOD POVERTY MEANS A LACK OF ACCESS TO SANITARY PRODUCTS DUE TO ANY FORM OF CONSTRAINTS AND NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL, EDUCATIONAL OR CULTURAL CONSTRAINTS.
