TO PURSUE THESE ENDS BY MEANS OF MEETINGS, LECTURES, PROMOTION OF SCHEMES ETC. AND BY CO-OPERATION WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER LOCAL AND NATIONAL ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUAL CONCERNS. 4.
