(2) IN OR TOWARDS THE LIQUIDATION OR REDUCTION OF DEBTS FOR THE TIME BEING CHARGED UPON OR PAYABLE OUT OF THE INCOME OF ANY CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH IN ENGLAND OR WALES. (3) IN OR TOWARDS THE AUGMENTATION OF THE SALARY OR STIPEND OF ANY CONGREGATIONAL MINISTER OR MINISTERS IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
