This project will expand upon a previously delivered pilot to provide up to 35, mostly inactive, disabled adults with weekly physical activity sessions. There will be men's and women's sessions for a period of 46 weeks, and a mixed group for 42 weeks. There will also be two coaching workshops (aims at participants from the pilot project), 130 health and wellbeing sessions and small amount of equipment purchased.
