TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY PRESENTING AND PERFORMING MUSICAL WORKS OF A HIGH CLASS OR BY ASSISTING OR ENCOURAGING THE PRESENTATION OF SUCH WORKS IN ANY SUCH VILLAGES OR TOWNS AND TO PROMOTE THE STUDY AND PRACTISE OF MUSIC, SPECIALLY IN ITS SOCIAL AND CO-OPERATIVE FORMS AMONG STUDENTS OF ALL AGES. 3.
