THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SOCIAL EXCLUSION AMONG CHILDREN AT RISK OF BECOMING STREET CHILDREN, THROUGH CO-COORDINATED WORK WITH THE CHILDREN THEMSELVES, THEIR FAMILIES, COMMUNITIES AND OTHER NON-GOVERNMENTAL AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES.
