People First Merseyside Company Ltd is receiving £274,188 for a new project which aims to help young adults with learning disabilities have a 'mainstream' life by offering training, developing self-awareness, confidence, skills and knowledge. The project will allow them to do some everyday activities unassisted such as going out and meeting young people. It will work with people aged 16 to 25, initially in Liverpool but will expand to include Sefton.
