It will also provide training and awareness of the offer that the charity delivers to both the statutory and voluntary sectors across the whole of Staffordshire which in practical terms drives the identification of potential trafficking / county lines situations enabling beneficiaries to take the very first steps towards re-establishing control in their own lives. The project will impact 3100 professionals and volunteers each year through training and 200 individuals / families surviving or escaping trafficking and modern slavery.

In doing so with the homeless community besides being informative we can also help to assist the women and young girls in the sense of well being during that monthly cycle by providing sanitary products, doing a little to help their sense of well being and the health and safety of those around them. Stains on clothes seep into self-esteem and serve as an indelible reminder of ones powerlessness,having access to sanitary pads is not a luxury it is a basic human right and can be a danger to those around them.
