ESTABLISHING LONG-TERM LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL NETWORKS WITHIN THE ROMANIAN COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE FURTHER SUPPORT AND DEVELOP ACCESS TO EDUCATION.
