    TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS (AS SET OUT IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS) AND SUBSEQUENT UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS AND DECLARATIONS) AND IN PARTICULAR THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF MIGRANT WOMEN IN THE UK EXPERIENCING DOMESTIC AND GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE AND WHO HAVE NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUND BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:RELIEVING NEED AMONG THE VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSEOBTAINING REDRESS FOR THE VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSESCOMMENTING ON HUMAN RIGHTS LEGISLATIONRAISING AWARENESS OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF MIGRANT WOMEN EXPERIENCING GENDER-BASED VIOLENCEPROMOTING PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR HUMAN RIGHTSPROMOTING RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONSIN FURTHERANCE OF THAT OBJECT BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO ENGAGE IN NON-PARTY POLITICAL ACTIVITY PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES ARE SATISFIED THAT THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES WILL FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY TO AN EXTENT JUSTIFIED BY THE RESOURCES COMMITTED AND THE ACTIVITY IS NOT THE DOMINANT MEANS BY WHICH THE CHARITY CARRIES OUT IT OBJECTIVES.
