PROVIDING SUPPORT TO THE NATIONAL ARBORETUM AT WESTONBIRT IN PROMOTING PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE CRITICAL ROLE OF TREES TO THE ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIETY; 2.
